For me, real estate has always been about so much more than houses, transactions and numbers. It’s about people, possibilities and helping others create a life and business that truly feels aligned with who they are and where they want to go.

I’ve been licensed in real estate since 2012 and have had the privilege of leading The Results Group, a top-producing real estate team, since 2016. My approach to leadership is rooted in collaboration, authenticity and something I genuinely believe: there is plenty of success to go around.

Long before real estate, I discovered my passion for coaching and empowering people to create more for themselves. I’ve been a Success Coach since 2001, guiding people to get clear on what they truly want, align their mindset and actions with where they want to go, and intentionally create what comes next.

Today, I bring those two worlds together.

I love helping real estate agents build businesses that aren’t just successful on paper, but actually work for the lives they want to live. Sometimes that means strategy. Sometimes it means accountability. And sometimes it means helping someone get out of their own way, reconnect with what they really want and start moving toward it.

I’m also a huge believer in the awesome power of the Universe and I try to approach both business and life with positive energy and purposeful intention, while staying grounded in gratitude. I believe that when you get clear about where you want to go and begin aligning your mindset, habits and actions with it, incredible things can happen.

Whether I’m working with a client, leading my team or coaching an agent through their next chapter, what I love most is seeing people get clear, get aligned and step confidently into what’s next.
