Jennifer was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and is a proud graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising with a minor in Business.

As a licensed Realtor and the team’s Transaction Coordinator, Jennifer plays a vital role in ensuring every contract moves smoothly from acceptance to closing. She works closely with agents, clients, lenders, and title companies to keep timelines on track, documentation organized, and communication clear throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to service help create a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.

Jennifer is married to her husband, K.C., and together they are raising three amazing sons. Outside of real estate, she enjoys running, spending time with her family, cheering on her boys at their sporting events, and singing in the choir.
