Born and raised near Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Erin spent several years in Arizona before relocating to Louisville in 2004, where she proudly calls home. She graduated from Sullivan University with a degree in Accounting and Finance, building a strong analytical foundation that continues to shape her strategic approach to real estate.
With 17 years of experience in private wealth management and institutional investments—along with personal investment experience in short-term rentals—she brings a sophisticated financial perspective to every transaction. Her background allows her to evaluate opportunities through both a personal and portfolio-driven lens, helping clients make informed, data-driven decisions that align with their long-term financial objectives. She is passionate about guiding clients toward financial growth and stability through thoughtful real estate strategies.
Married to her husband Chris since 2014, they are raising two young children alongside their beloved rescue Doberman, Izzy. Deeply rooted in the community, she actively volunteers with Bluegrass Doberman Rescue, Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve, and serves as a co-host for the Northeast Region Native Plant Seed Swap.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, educating others on the benefits of native plants, monarchs and milkweed, and capturing the beauty of nature through photography.
