Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Ali brings a strong foundation in education, leadership, and client service to everything she does. She earned her Master of Education in Higher Education–College Student Personnel from the University of Louisville, equipping her with a deep understanding of communication, organization, and relationship building.

Ali began her professional career at Spalding University, where she served as Director of New Student Programs. In that role, she guided students and families through important transitions, fostering trust and delivering exceptional support.

Most recently, Ali worked in insurance with one of the top 10 State Farm offices in the country. That experience reflects her core belief: to be the best, you must surround yourself with the best. Working alongside top-performing professionals strengthened her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and client-focused service.

Ali is married to her husband, Steve, and together they have three daughters and a new son-in-law. Outside of her professional life, she treasures time with family and friends and never turns down an opportunity to have her “toes in the sand.”
